Akihabara Maid

I got this nicely packaged Chocolate Chiffon Cake from Akihabara Maid from Japan which my good friend, Perks, brought home for me from his trip to Tokyo.

First you have the outer wrapper which features their signature maid. I heard that the cafe has waitresses dressed up as maids...not just Japanese ladies but there's an African American maid, a Caucasian maid, etc....this is a dream come true for guys who love fantasizing about their women in maid's costumes.

Inside, each is individually wrapped so you don't have to worry about exposing all the cakes at the same time....very thoughtful of them right?

Finally you have the cake itself which is soooooo soft and spongy. I can actually swallow it whole in one go! It was so bitin that I had to eat two!
